TingX's Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Introduction
TingX is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We comply with all applicable laws and regulations designed to protect children from harm.
2. Definitions
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content (visual, audio, textual, or otherwise) that depicts or describes the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
Exploitation of Minors: Any act that involves a minor in sexual activities or exposes them to sexual content, including grooming or solicitation.
Minor: A person under the age of 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following on TingX:
Prohibited Content: Any materials that depict, encourage, or promote child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, or trafficking.
Prohibited Conduct: Using the platform to produce, share, request, or discuss CSAM or engage in any grooming behaviors.
Violations may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement.
4. Reporting and Removal
User Reporting: Users are encouraged to report potential CSAE content or activities through our in-app reporting tool or by contacting [email protected].
Removal of Content: Upon receiving a valid report or identifying suspicious content, we promptly remove the material from our service and preserve records necessary for investigative purposes, in accordance with the law.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigating cases involving CSAE and promptly report any content depicting or suggesting child sexual abuse to the appropriate authorities.
5. Compliance and Training
Staff Training: All team members and moderators receive training to identify and respond to suspected CSAE content.
Regular Policy Updates: We regularly review and update our policies to stay in line with legal requirements and best practices on child protection.
6. Prevention and Education
User Awareness: We provide educational resources to help users recognize and report illegal or harmful content, especially regarding the protection of minors.
Parental Controls: We offer specific parental control features or guidelines to help guardians monitor the safety of minors using our services.
7. Enforcement and Consequences
Account Termination: Any user found to be engaged in CSAE activities is subject to immediate and permanent account termination.
Legal Actions: We reserve the right to take legal action, including cooperating with law enforcement and pursuing civil remedies, against individuals or entities that violate this policy.
